SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing & Delivery
Orders are shipped out within 1 to 3 days of purchase. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. During high-volume periods such as new drops, holidays or sales, delivery may take a few additional days.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

3. International Orders
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and may run longer than the estimate above. Duties and import taxes are normally included in the price you pay at checkout, though in some regions a carrier may apply additional local charges on delivery. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority and are not refundable by us.

4. Tracking
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page using your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after an order ships.

5. Order Confirmation
If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.

6. Pre-Orders
Where an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change. If a pre-order has not shipped within 14 days of its estimated date, you may cancel it for a full refund by emailing us.

7. Changes & Cancellations
Orders that have entered production cannot be modified or cancelled. For damaged, incorrect or lost orders, please see our Refund Policy.
